The Bribe meter not the power meter

In the month of August , i got changed my power meters of my farm and my house . The reason for replacement was that one of the meter has stopped working and the other was owing to load change.
The concerned person phoned me and arrived at the designated places , did his job neatly but at the end of the job demanded Rs.200 for the farm meter and 500 for the house meter. The most hilarious part was that while doing his job he was cursing corruption in the country and was also supportive of ********** Hazare's crusade against corruption.
But the end when I said you were talking against corruption and now you are yourself demanding bribe from me.
He boldly told me that this is not bribe these are my service charges for doing the job on priority as he only received the meters the day before and he knew he would be paid by me these so called service charges. I could not do much and had to bow to his wishes. Can't do anything against corruption,can we.
