I had to pay bribe of 1000Rs for mutation of my new house. It is a mandatory at our place for anybody who is building a new house. I am person who do not believe in bribe system. I decided not to pay bribe. Without paying the bribe, my dream of having my own house was sinking. Lastly, i had to pay the bribe for mutation.
