Bribe for Mutation Certificate

I paid Rs 4500 for mutation certificate for my flat. Initially I was asked for 5000 but later on reduced it to 4500.
I directly contacted a person in MCD office. It would have taken months with may trips to office but after paying bribe I was given this certificate within 2 hours.
