Bribe near BigBazaar Entrance in Old Madras Road

This case is clear public harrasment by Police. BigBazaar, old MAdras Road Bangalore has a divider before it when you go to park your vehicle the other side i was fined.. Reason ? I rode my bike till the parking area which is wrong side.. Actually the parking area is at the edge of the road and i was well within the parking area and not on the road.
The policeman were clearly minting the money. I kept watching for about 15 minutes and they caught atleast 10-15 vehicles and collected fine (without any receipt). I would say not fine its BRIBE.
