Ghatkopar Mankhurd road, Junction to sion panvel road. Nakabandi on holi day, Around 19:45 There were at least 10 traffic constables - 5 RTO officer. There was a lady driving in 2 wheeler in front of me without helmet and she was not stopped they stopped me, I showed them my papers and my PUC was expired, this constable told me its Rs.500 for expired PUC. He said I have all the bunch of officers and 100 wont do, I gave him 200 and left and don't wanted to argue any further as I was coming from a funeral .However, I asked why they let go the lady without helmet and he told me that only female officer can stop a female rider, which I don't think was true.Anyways the bottom line is all the officers in that Nakabandi were corrupt .
