Bribe paid in Bihar Intermediate Education Council

I've appeared 10+2 exam and when the results came out, my marksheet was showing "Result Pending". When I asked from concerned department, personnel told in 1-2 weeks you will get the result and after every week when I've enquired I got the same answer. After 2 months 1 assistant told me, if you will pay Rs. 2000 within a week you will receive your certificates otherwise same answer you will get. After few attempts I've paid Rs. 2000 bribe and within 8 days I received my marksheet and certificates from Bihar Intermediate Education *******
