I was selected for a PSU & supposed to undergo medical test. Its a long list of medical test. I didnot face any problem in getting the test done. But the CMO( Head of hospital & Dean of Medical College)was a corrupt person. He rejected some of the tests & send me to his lab for Urine & Blood test. These test cost me RS 300. At the time of signing my Medial certificate he asked for bribe because he has invested his time. His explanation was " I have reached here after so much of struggle & that should be rewarded. Any how I am going for a job change & will earn more. Very first time when I met him this person asked for my Offer letter & from there he came to know about my compensation. Now he took advantage of it & started saying you will earn Rs. 30,000 a month & can make money there (Govt. Job). He said he has kids & need to take care of expenses. If I am not intrested he will cancel my medical". I got only Rs. 1,780 including chillers in my pocket & he took every single peny I had. I paid him becuase I was feeling insecure. Reason was this is the only opportuniuty I have & donotwant to spoil it. All my tests were clear but I still fell the pain of paying him my hard earned money. Before leaving I told him that my father was a doctor & when he was at your level, he never even asked for money to any one. He belives in honest living. Its the upbringing you had & thats what you are passing on to you kids. CMO was a shameless person.
