Bribe paid to get B-Khata

Hi,
I have visited BBMP Office near Kogilu to get my B-Khata transferred in my Wife's name. Assitant Revenue Officer asked me to pay the amount which I did. Earlier I visited so many times to get the B-Khata transfered on my Wife's name but none of the officer was interested and they were not sharing any information on how to do. Finally the Assistant Revenue Officer Mr. Chandrashekar has asked me to pay INR 12000.00 to get the B-Khata Transferred.
