When I approached the officer for answering the Traffic Rules related questions, inspite of giving all the answers right post the driving test, he told me that my answers are wrong so I need to get myself prepared again and come again for the test next time. After giving bribe to the agents in the RTO office, he writes some code on the back of my photograph, officer sees it and immediately signs for the issuance of the license as the code stands for the receipt of the bribe by the agent. Probably at the end of the day, officer gets the amount per license issued during the day.
