Then document got approval from all the below departments and we need to get the NOC from head office. For doing this, I have gone to office for 15 days, but they have not done any thing and not showing interest. We cannot track the status of the documents. Finally they told to pay the bribe. Once i agreed to pay, they finished on the same day. This is the status of the government offices today. The Head of the Fire department itself asking the bribe indirectly.. to whome we need to complain. if we complain, We dont know whay they will do with our documents which is in final stage of apporval. They are making the oppertunity out of every one necessity.
