I were asked to declare Power of Attorney by a bank and for the purpose i visited tehsil. after completing every formality i was asked by the officers to bribe them otherwise they will not issue this and they started giving excuses for not issuing it. i needed that badly so i paid them Rs. 500 and i got PoA at the same time. it has become a tradition here that if you want to get your work done in the tehsil you have to bribe them or else keep visiting the premises regularly.
