I think this is Open secret and applicable to whole India that everybody needs to pay bribe for house registration!

I had to pay bribe for buying an apartment for the following reasons:

1) rs 15000 for flat registration
2) Rs 20000 for cauvery water connection ( for individual flat 3) Rs 4000 for Khata trasnfer
4) Rs 2000 for Electric meter in my name!
