Bribe paid to LICHFL Agent
I had applied for housing loan from LICHFL to purchased a resale flat in Ghaziabad. First the agent promise me he can complete this process within 3wks, so I had 10% paid booking amount to Bilduer. But after till 1.5 months Loan was still in process, when I talked to agent he told me it take more time if I will pay Rs. 20000/- bribe so he can do it fast.
That time I was middle of process and my 10% booking amount was already gone to Builder. So i had paid this amount.
