Hi,
I went for getting marriage certificate and was having all the documents ready. First didn't told about all the documents and others things. I went so many times and every time they used to say that this document is missing. In the end they said that call my wife's relatives. I called my wife's brother (above 18 years) and went with my Dad, wife, wife's brother and they didn't signed saying that the marriage is inter religion (hindu and sikh) we need wife's parents. Next week I called them and then the lady which take care of files , Mrs ******* and mcf office directly told that you won't get certificate without paying anything. My father-in-law paid her Rs2000/- and next day it was ready and later she told me that you don't need to get so much bothered if you would have paid me earlier. This is case when all the documents were right.
