There is a person by the name of Yadav, his mobile # is +91 9757105532. He is from MTNL Malad and assisted me to install a telephone connection. I had to pay a bribe of INR 200 for setting up the landline connection. Furthermore, he did not assist me at all for setting up the internet connection. On 1st Sept 2014, he is harassing me by unnecessarily informing me that he could not set up the connection as there is no one at my house despite people being present in the house.
