I had to pay Rs. 15000/- to get a new electricity connection to the Electricity Department in Lucknow. The receipt I got was showing mere Rs. 2500/-. It means that I had to pay extra rs. 12500/- as BRIBE. If this thing continues GOD knows where this country will haed to.
