Bribe paid for obtaining permission to open a branch offcie

• New Company or Business Registration
• Paid INR 20,000

Need to open a branch office of a foreign company in India. For this permission from RBI is needed. One has to pay the bribe to get the permission. It has already been 2 months but if the bribed had not been paid there would have been frivolous objections and delay upt o 6 months
