i had to pay bribe of Rs. 2000 as they forced me to pay the amount as their service charge of doing the Government duty. he even informed that, he has to pay his superior too to get every application signed for Police Verification. i refused to pay and they refused to sign the documents. at last, i had to pay the above said amount after a bit negotiations (initially asked for Rs 5000)
its a regular practice and source of income for those people.
