I am owning an apartment in Renaissance Temple Bells, Bangalore. The builders asked us Rs. 35000.00 to 40000.00 to be paid as bribe to get the registration complete and the same was paid by all the apartment owners more than 250 of them including myself, as everyone wanted registration done for whatever the reason ********** be. This was a shameful act as though we were more than 200 in number and no one was ready to fight.
