I had to pay Rs. 2000 for the registration official to come to my site, measure the site and do registration in my name. It was told that it is a must otherwise they will not come to site on a promised day or will not give an appointment for site visit. There is nothing illegal in the registration, but I have to pay the amount. I heard for big land registration they bring mony in sacks to the registration office.
