I had to pay this bribe as a ritual. there was no option but to do this. transaction went smooth after that. ********** be I am the border candidate. I dont want to pay, but at eh same time if I feel that its a headache to roam around the officials to raise it as issue and get tortured, I dont think twice to just pay bribe.
