I took a house costing Rs.4000000 in Hoskote. I have registered promptly for the same cost and took loan of Rs.3000000 from Corporation Bank. Though the amount and the registration fee paid promptly by me still the Registrar Lady without daring public asked me to pay 12500. And its common that for every registration the amount is fixed and should be paid otherwise the registration will not happen.
I am curious that its clear that though if any document is missing and its a fraud property with fake certificate, you just pay ransom amount, the property will be registered. the officials are ready to do anything for the *******
