Bribe paid for removing the names of my deceased brother and sister from ********** home

I paid Rs 7500 as bribe for removing the names of my deceased brother and my sister from my ********** home. So far, nothing as been done by the ********** authorities. They have charged this amount for just getting the application in. No receipt for this amount was issued hence it will be called bribe. The ********** authorities have not done anything so far. I have been told that I will have to pay approximately Rs 35000 for this work as bribe.
