Licence issuing office is like a circus , you need to be a juggler to understand what needs to be done to get a license , i didnt have to time to do R&D so paid 1000 to some agent to get 3 learning license for 4 wheeler . Agent was too clever and wanted to put all the money himself (I didnt know that earlier)but ppl over there are more advanced , they refused me to give me my license and even told me that i wont get it when i'v complained to their seniors about their intention.I called my agent and he gave them their share and i got my licenses.
Earlier i'v got my 2 wheeler learning and permanent license without any bribe , but thats something around 10 years back , i was very young and didnt have any extra money. and had time to go check the process.. even this time also if i knew the process or if its a bit simplified i can do it myself. ppl work very hard over there but takes a lot of bribe as well.
