Thank You for providing a such a flatform for sharing our experiance.
recently my Boss lost his vichel RC book.As he doent know Kannada I tried helping him by going there to RTO department.
We took a form filled up and given there they asked us to come and check it after 1o days. After 10 days the file was still in progress and on 15th day we come across the fact that we need to attach one more document. we took a day time attached it and given it back and after 5 days when we enquired about the status they told us that we have to attach one more document which is missing.
we found this is redeculus and planned to give it to Agents which 80 percent of work alreday done from our side paid himRs.1000 and suprisingly he got that done in exactly 5 working days.
I have only paid to Agent, but Agent paid it to the department. other way saing i paid it through Agent.
I found Agent are not bribing them in office. they will only mention the some coded words on every corrency what they are paying as fees for various things in Department. and end of the day department employee will calucalte the total cash received from each agent and on that basis they will collect the bribe.
I have decided that will not go to Agents any more let my work get delayed i will not bother about that but will not bribe any one.
