I was 17 at the time of this incident and I was going out with my friend on my bike to upper lake to hang out with my friends. Since, I was only 17, I didn't had a driving license and neither my friend had as he was also 17. I was also driving without helmet. While going to lake, we were intercepted by a traffic police (Constable) and he asked us for license. We said we don't have it. I showed the vehicle papers and insurance cover but he said .these papers are of no use to me. He threatened us by saying that my bike will be impounded and he straight away demanded 200 Rs in order to let us go. I was having some 500 Rs at that moment but I told him that we have only 100 Rs with us. He said..ok...give me that 100 Rs...We gave him 100 bucks and he let us go.
