Bribe paid to Traffic Police Near KR Puram Hanging Bridge

I was going towards Tin-factory from Outerring road Marathalli. 2cops stopped me near KR Puram hanging bridge, Asked for RC Book, Insurance and PUC certificate. I had all of those valid.

But even then the COP started saying that the number plate is visible properly. The headlights are not dipped etc. Finally I paid him 100Rs. He didnt give any reciept. Such is their daylight robbery
