The postman has to deliver the passport at my college but he asked me to come somewhere else. When I refused he termed me as very problematic, and intimidated me that he will report my parcel as unclaimed. When I said I will complain, he replied do whatever u want and come to the post office to collect it. I went to the post office made verbal complaint for his behavior but nobody listened and as expected I had to give him Rs. 200 for my passport.
