I have purchased a flat, for the registration purpose i have paid bride in KR Puram registration office. I did not understand why they need bribe when all my documents and other information is proper? I don't know how to voice my concern?
I agree all this happens due to "Chal tha hai" or adjustment mentality of us. It's us make bribe as part of our daily life.
India is developing nation..........it is in developing stage from my childhood............and it will continue to stay in the same state. Every where corruption, there are rules if you go in the right way, if you pay bribe there are no rules.
