Bribe for PVR

I dont think anyone who got job in any govt orgainisation did not pay the bribe for their PVR.For my PVR two Police men came to my house and take my details as they needed it for my PVR when they were about to leave one ask something for the petrol they used to come at my home from the Police station and some money for the sweets as i got job in govt orgainistion.finally i have to give them 500/- so that they send my PVR on time.
