I had registered my site 4800 sqft. The developer made it clear that I would not be able to get site registered without paying 50,000 all in cash.
Owners of the plot in my gated community have all taken.
If one visits the office, you can notice the quality of phones, diamond rings sported by the officers there. I am sure they are all being paid atleast 5-6 Lakhs in bribe each day based on the number of site registrations which is happening.
What is the point doing Jaago re campaign. It is as simple as this. Citizens cannot do much about these bastards.
