When i First approached them for ration card,they asked me for deletion certificate from my native and they also said it cant be issued to Bachelors. Icouldnt get the deletion certificate because my name was already deleted in my native. I approached a broker for help he did it for me without ant certificate and only in a single name thats me. He said it was through bribe he could do it.
