I just wanted to give General Power of Attorney to my father, we went to an agent who drafted our document and followed up with registration process which costed Rs 2500 out which Rs 1000 was bribe for the subregistrar at Banashankari, Bangalore. There was no choice everyone confirm to this agreement and nothing happens without bribe.
