I went to registration office to get the flat registered.The Registrar was reading newspaper and having a computer next to him which he rarely uses.My uncle told that he counts the singatures he signs today and checks his performance.Did i get the right count today based on the files I signed?The money would come to Registrar house in some way so that ACB would not catch him.

I feel it is still reasonable to minimise the corruption as we cannot eliminate from the system whivh is my personal opinion.
