I paid a bribe of 3500 Rs to get my site 30*40 Sq.feet registered in the Konanakunte Sub Registrar office in Bangalore. Things will not move fast in the Sub-Registrar office in Bangalore unless you pay bribe. They are the den of corruption in Bangalore and also in Karnataka State. But quality of the work carried out was good when I paid the bribe. There was not even a single mistake in the sale deed and they also correct the document well for any mistakes when you pay a bribe.
