I have written an appeal requesting to lodge an F.I.R. for the above stated subject.I told the officer that I am a student.He demanded the above amount without reading the application because he could not read ENGLISH, he then just seal over the application . I was thinking AS This is ANOTHER case that may lead to the tragic MUMBAI ATTACK .This is what a citizen pays for helping authorities to prevent a terrorist attack. I therefore ask all good citizen that if this continues another human bloodshed is inevitable
