Hi,
On 23rd April 2012, I appeared for Combined entrance test for B.Ed. from Dr. ********** ********** Lohia Avadh university Faizabad.
I cleared the exam and scored 187 marks and got 23287 as my ranking.
I attended the counselling as per instructions and chose a ********** simply on the basis of proximity from my home. The ********** i chose was Ch. Raghunath ********** Mahavidyalaya, Agra. I inquired from the ********** about any further fees to be deposited. The ********** informed that only university prescribed fees has to be submitted at the counselling center only.
Again following the instructions I paid the fees of Rs. 51250/- through 2 Demand Drafts of Rs. 5000/- drawn in the name of the university and Rs. 46250/- drawn in the name of the ********** Ch. Raghunath ********** Mahavidyalaya, Agra.
After depositing the fees, I went to the ********** to report and confirm my admission.
THERE THE FOLLOWING THINGS HAPPENED:
1. They forced me to buy the ********** form which had a marked price of Rs. 100/- in Rs. 1000/-.
2. The moment I had bought the form, they asked me to deposit Rs. 15000/- in cash and no receipt will be given. On asking about the reason for this they said its the ********** fees. I insisted to pay it by DD. They refused and started making fun of me.
3. When I agreed to pay Rs. 15000/-, they are asking for Rs. 10000/- per subject as examination fees.
Now I want to cancel my admission and want the refund of at least the fees I deposited through Draft.
These people are playing with education of the youth.
Please guide me through.
