Everyone is aware of paying a surcharge to the policeman for verification of your passport inspite of having everything in order and proper documentation. I really am very upset about this. Being young and aware of the rules never prompted me to pay a bribe, but this time it seemed like a additional tax, you must pay to be verified. Seems Polic officers cant do their jobs without additional bribes.
