For issuing B khata the people have taken 3 months after three visits they took the papers out and said to come next week. And one person comes and tells madam doesnt ask directly so you give it to me, i ask how much and he says 1500 per khata. I said i cannot give so much as i am not so rich to bribe u as u like, anyway you finish the work i will see how much i can spare. He calls next day and tells the papers are ready come and collect, i pay him 500 and i can see the disappointed look on his face . There is high bribery going on in BBMP offices. They will not lay roads or provide electricity or even drainage facility but they want people to pay taxes for vacant lands, this is pure **********.
