Bribe Tax Check Post - Neelamangala

I was getting some household articles from Jodhpur to my house in Bangalore. The Truck traversed a number of Sales Tax check Post but Neelamangala ( Bangalore) Sales Tax officer held back my consignment at 2 AM in the morning and askde for Rs 5000 for release of the Vehicle....reason being " NO TIN number" . I asked the driver to pay the amount as I had no other way out to release my household articles. This is a check post aka Bribe Post. Really digusting that givernment officials in power are holding citizens to a ransom and extorting money.
