I was waiting for tax refund of Rs 2900 from Govt in year 2004. But the ward officer from Pune Income tax (swargate) was asking for the bribe everytime when i gave a visit to check the refund status. Finally i have to give 10% of refund amount as a Bribe to the concerned officer. I got a check check of refund in a months time. Why govt officer teases one for getting their own money. why cant they just their duties without expecting anything. This is not desirable and must be stopped.
