I would be the last person to pay a bribe. But I was left with no other option as my Seller was coming from another city and didn't want to delay the registration process. I enquired every where among my collegues and every one has used an agent through which they paid bribe to register their property. So I paid 15k to the agent who told me that 10k would be paid to the officials to get my property registered. Even for getting Katha on the property, I had to use the agent who again took more money to pay bribe. According to my collegues, if you want anything to be done in Registration department, you need to pay bribe.
