The RTO Indiranager is managing bribe through agents/broaker. First I tried to get the job done on my own, but deprtment is so un organbised that you do not know whom to ********** for what. So I given the charge to a broker. He asked me to pay 4500 for registration. He will some part of the this amount to the concerned officer to get the job done. This is very common and prevelent practice. Government should stremline the process to make is straight forward and transperant.
