First time BBMP has rule that owner need to come to office instead of paying property tax online. This rule seems made only to get bribe.
In Kadugodi BBMP office whic comes under Marathalli all the apartment owners had to pay Rs 7000 per apartment to BBMP officers.
Mr. Sridhar and Mr suudheendra his officer took money and then only gave property tax challan.
