I'll make it short as this is not the first time i'm paying Bribe to get some work done in Bangalore (the most costliest Bribe city) I had to shell out Rs.1100 for Transfer of ownership for my two wheeler. You pay taxes to government and being an ordinary citizen, you also need to pay taxes(bribe) to these government people. Government knows this its better that Government fix some rates for these services for authorised agents so bribe is also reduced and common man is also benefitted.
