He was a old man in his 50's he asked me weather I was carrying alcohol , I REPLIED Yes I am with legal permits , till Orissa . He asked me to show him my train tickets and the permits . my tickets was till hyd and a diff ticket till BBS . He started to tell that the mode should be mentioned rail/road.water and this is a invalid permit , and demanded to travel with adjustment .And asked to pay 600. I had to pay as I didn't want any trouble while travelling .

1.The permit which was fine in Goa as I was checked by the Goan authorities , how it became invalid when checked by Karnataka authorities.
2.when the permit says rail /road/water what is the need of mentioning the exact way of travel as I can combine two or more modes to reach to a destination
