As I wasn't able to pay Life Time Tax in full for my Car. I decided to take an Yellow Board Car, so that I can pay the Tax in installments, least knowing that I have to get FC done every year. Right after my first year of purchasing Car, I had to get my Car FC done. I was asked a bribe of Rs 1400/- for a car which was just 1 Year Old with any irregularities within or outside of the vehicle. I had just run it for few thousand kms with everything in shape including the tyres. I had to pay the bribe as I didnt have any other option. I would have to do the samething probably next year as well, unless I convert it into Whiteboard which allows me to worry only after 15 years.
