I went to goa for the first time and was told that we can carry 2 bottles per person and took the slip(govt slip to carry bottles) from the wine shop and I have confirmed with the shop owner that we can carry and was stopped at a checkpost and we were 4 people so we were carrying 8 bottles and the police took our cab drivers license and Registration card and asked us to pay 10,000 as it is illegal and we have showed him the slip which we have taken but he said it is of no use it is illegal to carry, since it is a isolated area he started using bad words when we started for bargin, we told him that we will give 1000 he said if you have ATM card go and get 10,000 then we said 1500 for that he said a very bad word " gand mein daldho 1500" so finally we pleased him by giving 2000 which I felt really bad to do but as we don't know the rules we can not argue more and even if we have done some thing wrong send that challan to our house, so we can pay that money *******
