Bribed clerk to get degree certificate

My wife and I visited CCS University Meerut to get my wife's original degree certificate. The clerk told me to come after 15 days. It was not possible for me to come back again after 15 days from Delhi with them (wife and 2months old baby). When I told him my inability to do so he openly asked Rs. 200 as bribe to smoothen the process. On this I told him NO. Then he asked me to go back. On seeing my family in tension I agreed to pay him Rs. 150 to get the degree certificate delivered on the same day.
