Money paid for doing his duty.All houses in the street were given lowered pipe lines,for better water pressure and supply(all the other houses also had paid this Rs 7000 )when my house was locked and I was away for long duration.I was prepared to wait for this to happen in its normal course But my neighbours had ben warned that unless the amount was paid they would not get it done.So, they asked me to join their band wagon This is the ONLY time I was cornered to such an act.
